Industrial project management, especially in the oil, gas and energy sector, has many complexities and all the companies involved in such projects certainly require powerful software for a more efficient and affordable management and execution of their projects. And our software is most powerful project management information software (PMIS) in Iran with capability to solve many of process and information related problems in Iran’s projects. Therefore, it definitely helps the involved companies, clients and managers and also simplify the Supervising the project and decision making.
The CETIYA Software is not a planning and project control software, but it’s a project execution management software and by recording precise information of the real project operations and producing high level reports, in collaboration with the planning and project control software, is able to provide managers with precise and comprehensive insight of the reality of the project’s progress. Therefore, the decision making process with the real information, facilitates the project execution.
For example, in the piping process that is one of the most complex processes of industrial projects, the construction subcontractors enter the real-time data on all the piping activities in the CETIYA Software; from fit-up and welding to the final test package and reinstatement, and the project’s inspectors approve the data after verification. In this way, the software in addition to controlling the processes and information can produce and present a variety of reports required on different levels of experts and managers. Also, provides the project control department with the real-time information of the execution and progress of the project.
One of the capabilities of this software is the ability to analyze the project’s data and as a result generating a piping work front, informing the project’s subcontractors and reserving material for each subcontractor per the generated work front.
This software currently includes 3 main subsystems for the process management of the project’s engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning phases of a project and also 10 subsystems for the construction phase, in different disciplines of site technical office, material, piping, support, civil, electrical and instrument, mechanical, storage tanks and steel structures.
